A TIME & A SEASON

To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven.
~ Ecclesiastes 3:1

First, its been a while since I’ve blogged my inner thoughts.  My absence began with dealing with multiple deaths in my family late last year to Spring of this year followed then by my annual summer break.  I felt a huge “writing” void in my life during that time period, but also experienced the greatest restoration and refueling time I’ve ever had.  Sometimes, as I often say, we simply need to take a “Selah” moment in life replete with quiet stillness to hear profound secrets, fruitful promises and clear instructions from DaddyGod.  He is always speaking which requires us to be in a yielded posture to readily listen.  One day during my period of mourning, I heard Him clearly say,  “Daughter, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.  Trust and wait on Me.” I, the Daughter of Christ, of course, immediately and obediently replied, “yes, Lord, Thine will be done.”

seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
~Matthew 7:7

DaddyGod never proves or steers me wrong.  I’ve waited and some things have indeed manifested; others are in the midst of doing so while some remain in process.  I’ve learned in life that DaddyGod has a master plan so great for our lives that sometimes those plans need to soak and marinate a good while before being realized or even at times revealed.  And when they finally do… my, my, my!

I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live,
and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know
that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.
~ Ezekiel 37:14

What are you, waiting on DaddyGod to do for you?  Have you asked Him for something yet? Or have you asked Him but still remain in waiting?  Whatever place you’re at in your life with respect to a time and a season regarding a personal promise He made to you, may this blog remind you that your Heavenly Father is our dependable God Who always keeps His promises and powerfully performs His Word!

My Royal Kingdom Sibling, your time and your season is not simply coming…

STAND STILL IN GOD-LOVE

On Sunday evening as I prepared to take my seat at my writing table to work on my next book release, I heard the Holy Spirit say to me: “Tell my children to just stand still in love.” I immediately stood still awaiting Abba’s further instructions; His further instructions were simply a repeat of what He’d just spoken to me for us:

“Stand still in God-Love.”

Life is so often too busy as well as replete with everyday challenges that demands our attention. In the midst of experiencing a moment of joy, we may suddenly live to see another moment of experiencing pain. Life is cyclical. One minute we may be laughing and, for some unfortunate reason or another, we’re crying in the next. One day we’re up, whether physically, emotionally, socially or financially, and the next we’re down. Facing good times as well as bad is life for us all no matter how spiritually “saved” we are or not. If you live long enough, as my Mommy says, you will go through a rough time in some sort of fashion.

I surely have lived long enough to know this to be true. But I’m so thankful to God that I’ve also lived long enough to know that my DaddyGod will see and bring me through all things victorious. Additionally, He has taught me how to “weather” the storm through His unchangeable Word and unwavering strength as opposed to the weakness of my own by standing completely still in His Love no matter what seas are raging around me. I encourage myself by confessing and declaring,

“I shall not be moved from being God-Love!”

 God’s Love is my life, my protection, my provision, my peace, my purpose, my plan. In a nutshell, God-Love is my absolute sure foundation! I shall not be moved no matter what is happening around me. I’m standing on the promises of God’s Love. When my family, friends or enemies forsake me, I will continue to stand on, walk in  and flow through the power of God-Love.

The Love of our Heavenly Father will heal and fill the spaces of our lives that are void or empty. His Love will cause us to soar like eagles above all manner of evil as well as destroy it at its root. The Love of God is our sure foundation. Therefore, in all your doings, whether you find yourself riding the coaster of success or you’re temporarily on the brink of failure, be determined to stand tall, bold and still in perfect love which is aGod-Love!

BOUNTIFUL BENEFITS FROM ABBA!

“Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits:”
– Psalms 103:1-2

Growing up as a little “church girl,” one of my absolutely favorite congregational songs we’d sing during service was inspired by Psalms 103:1-2: “I will bless the Lord all my soul and all that is within me, I’ll bless His holy name!”  Hallelujah, glory to God – I can feel His powerful anointing as I type and sing this praise song to myself right now.  The Holy Spirit led me to read Psalms 103 this morning; beyond verse 1 of this Scripture that I’ve always tended to focus on the most, it was verse 2 that really stood out and ministered to me so powerfully today:  “And forget not all His benefits…”

The presence of DaddyGod consumed me and He, as Father, spoke directly to me saying:  “My Daughter Darnella, I want to remind you today to grab ahold of, believe Me for, and wholeheartedly accept ALL of My benefits available to you.  There are some benefits that you haven’t even tapped into nor have yet to learn of.  There are some secret benefits not written that can only be found in My presence.  You are a child of divine privilege: Learn it, receive it, accept it and walk in it.”  When Abba concluded speaking, all I could say was wow! I began to thank and praise Him for ALL His benefits available to me as His beloved child.  Moreover, I began to immediately endeavor to pursue DaddyGod even more passionately and frequently than I’d ever done, so that I’m able to clearly hear the secrets of His heart loaded with natural, spiritual, emotional, financial, and familial benefits that are transferable to mine.

I believe this Message from DaddyGod was not only for me personally, but for all of us as Sons and Daughters of God, as well.  You and I have bountiful divine benefits at our disposal just waiting to be used that will not only bless our lives and souls, but all those around us as well.  Just because a benefit is made available to us doesn’t mean we’re taking advantage or making use of the benefit.  This is what my Lord was bringing to my attention.  He loves you and I so much, that He doesn’t want us to miss out on anything that He has provided exclusively to His own.

What a mighty God we serve!  I will bless the Lord and forget not ALL (every last one of) His benefits!

This is the year that our Lord has made and we shall REJOICE and be glad in it! We, The Sons & Daughters of God, shall LEAP for joy like never before because we appreciate just how great our DaddyGod has been to us! We know that even during the most difficult and painful times of our lives in 2012, our Heavenly Father was comforting, lifting, shifting and providing for us through the wilderness with an ordained season for us to march right on through our promised land.  Now who wouldn’t serve a God like our’s?

“The people the Lord has freed will return and enter Jerusalem with joy.  Their happiness will last forever. 
They will have joy and gladness, and all sadness
and sorrow will be gone far away.”  ~ Isaiah 51:11

Abba has proven Himself to us time and time again by bringing us out of spiritual darkness into His marvelous light through salvation.  It is now time for us to do the same for somebody else:  Because He Is, We Are…

…Abba’s Burden Lifters!

We have the one word/name answer for the world’s problems: Jesus!  In humanity, Jesus is a chosen Jew who turned out to be the chosen One to save the world.  He laid down His life for us so that we can RISE UP our lives in Him to do the will of our God as well as perform the MIRACULOUS for others!  You and I have come to spiritual maturity through worship, praise, prayer, study, reading, digesting and experiencing the living Word of God in person, at conferences, on blogs (such as this one) and so many other various ways.  We are ready to get out of the pews of our houses of worship to release God-Love, healing and revival with the purpose of bringing Abba’s children (black, white, Jew, Gentile, rich, poor, domestic, foreign, Baptist, Buddhist, Pentecostal, Evangelical, etc., etc., etc.) back home to Him! 

Religious, racial, social and traditional walls are busted down and defeated in this year!  True Kingdom Family may include people of various shades with varying theologies, but is made up of one sound.  We must be more united as a people more now than ever before with our focus on DaddyGod’s agenda as opposed to our own.  We must love the unloveable, reach the untouchable and minister to whom man may have ignorantly perceived as unsaveable.  If we see our brethren down, we are to immediately jump into action and lift him/her up even if only through pray that says, “I believe DaddyGod along with you that everything you’re going through is somehow, some way and at some point going to be alright.”  Hallelujah, now this is how true Royal Siblings who are children of the King of kings treat one another and stick together.

  What an honor and privilege to be hand-picked and uniquely chosen by the Creator God to be His Royal Son or Daughter who has the power to influence the world for His glory!  I wake up in the morning with praise as the fruit of my lips thanking Abba daily for resting His powerful hand and Kingdom-royalty identity upon me.  Knowing that the Creator of heaven and earth has anointed and empowered me to impact the world with His love, grace and salvation is a very humbling, yet blessed assurance.  Exactly what our Lord spoke to Cyrus “back in the day”, He is speaking to you and I in present times.

The hand of God upon the life of a human being is exceptional!  It changes the way a person thinks, moves, lives, serves and operates within the earth.  It causes a glowing reflection to illuminate through our countenance, spirit and even upon our faces.  Sons and Daughters of God have no need to verbally explain who they are to anyone because everyone is immediately overtaken by our inner glow which reflects as outer brilliance when they encounter our presence!  When we proceed to touch or shake the hand of another, no matter if he/she is the President of the United States or a homeless person on the streets of New York City, with our God-anointed right hand, something great happens, a healing takes place, a life is renewed or a spirit is refreshed.  Our right hands, my Royal Siblings, are powerful as well as influential!

“The Lord replied, “If you return to me, I will restore you
so you can continue to serve me.  If you speak words that are worthy,
you will be my spokesman. 
You are to influence them: do not let them influence you!”  
– Jeremiah 15:19, NLT

Our heavenly Father has a purpose for everything He does:  He had the needs of a spiritually-lost creation and this fallen world on His infinite mind when He anointed us to speak, to serve and to shift the atmosphere on His behalf.  He knew that in and of ourselves, we are weak, but with His right hand upon us, we are powerful!  Powerful enough to act and perform just like Him to influence all creation to return to Him as child and/or bow down to Him as Lord. 

My Royal Siblings, we have something meaningful to say as Abba’s bold Spokespersons.  Moreover, we have much work to do as His compassionate Influencers.  No matter what is happening around you, whether bad or good, don’t allow the enemy to shut you up or hold you down – that is merely the devil doing his (already defeated) job.  We, the Royal Sons and Daughters of God, must do our Kingdom job by being about our Heavenly Father’s business with a passion with the realization that we have the Answer for the world today.  And the world will get to know Him, the Answer, because of our influence!

Now, who shall we speak to and influence for our Lord today?  Selah!

LOVE IS HERE BECAUSE I’VE ARRIVED!

Upon our arrival, the atmosphere of the space we step into wherever our anointed feet tread as Sons and Daughters of God immediately resounds “Love is here!” 

Because He Is,
We Are Love

“Order my steps in Your Word dear Lord,” is a significant part of my daily prayers:  I only want to go where He, my heavenly Father, sends me for that is when, and only when, I’ll be at the right place, at the right time, for the right purpose to receive and be the right blessing at that given moment for myself or somebody else.  As Abba’s child, you and I carry His Love DNA not only on the inside, but reflectively on the outside as well.  You can’t cover up true God-Love!  So when we arrive at any appointed destination, the Love of God permeates from within to flow throughout the destined place in which we confidently stand while boldly proclaiming “I (Love) am here – I’ve arrived!” for all those present to experience (notice I didn’t say “to see”).  “There is no doubt about it’, I can hear someone in the room say, ‘God is here; he/she must be a child of God because His Love is all over him/her!”  The illumination of God-Love increasingly brightens the closer we relationally get to know Him as Father, Lord and Savior.  It shines, it radiates and it hovers over the environment we’re in causing His healing to flow, life’s mountains to move and our (temporary) problems to be solved!  Sons and Daughters of God purposefully walk in His divine Love.  Therefore, wherever He sends us, we and all within our reach should expect something powerfully moving to take place when we, the child of the Loving God, arrive! 

God-Love is the catalyst for miracles
so expect some to take place at any given moment
wherever He leads you.

We all love receiving compliments from others (I know that I do).  In fact, one of my favorite compliments is when people express how much better they feel when in my presence as a result of the Love emanating from my life.  I truly believe that along with salvation, Love is the greatest gift of all!  What a blessing to not only receive Love, but to be Love in life.  It is the main ingredient of all Godly characters that shapes our soul and moral compass making us a life-changing beauty for the world to behold.  Love is also the character that truly dresses us up in a way that no expensive make-up nor fashions can because it is way down deep on the inside of who we really are as Sons and Daughters.  Consequently, it soars from within to out causing us to be a beautiful reflection of His image looking just like our Loving DaddyGod!

When you leave your home or wherever your feet tread today, possess the land as a Royal Son or Daughter of God by stepping out in our divine dresscode – God-Love – so that people will be blessed by and recognize you for who you really are and what you’re truly made of which is Love!

“HOLY SPIRIT, ENERGIZE MY GOD-LOVE LIFE!”

Although I’m always thankful to Abba for a new day, there are simply just some days I wake up without the mental or physical energy to get up and get going.  I want to remain lying in my beautiful canopy bed, listening to the beautiful sound of my waterfall fountain flowing while basking in the fullness of relaxation whether it’s a rainy or sun shiny day (smile).  Have you ever had days like that?  Then I ponder how effective it is to live what I deem the “God-Love Life” on a daily basis and realize that I can’t waste any precious God-given moments or opportunities to release the awesome Love of God to the world.  Living the God-Love Life has not only been a blessing to me, but walking in consistent unconditional Love through the power of the Holy Spirit residing within me has blessed all those within the sphere of my influence as well.  The God-Love Life defined:  It is a lifestyle of being the Son or Daughter of God who looks like, acts like, serves like, and above all, love like their Heavenly Father who created us for His glory!  Learning to do so through a personal relationship with DaddyGod is an ongoing process:  The closer we draw nearer to Him, the more of Him becomes the character and fabric of who we are and what we’re made of as His Royal Children!

 “Because He Is, We Are… The Sons & Daughters of God!”

The transforming, motivating, healing and inspiring power of God’s unconditional Love is amazing!  In fact, it’s so amazing, it is too good to not wholeheartedly embrace or have the passionate energy necessary to receive for ourselves as well as release to others.  By Abba’s grace, I personally look forward to seeing another day full of His Love flowing towards and outside of me.  With each new day, His unfailing Love gives me an instantaneous energy boost causing my feet to hit the ground, up and literally running for my “God-Love Life!”  Consequently, I now include in my morning prayers, especially on those mornings I don’t feel like getting up, this specific prayer request:

 “DaddyGod, please provide me with the inner energy and strength I need to face this new day You’ve blessed me with; I thank and praise You in advance for energizing this good ‘ole God-Love Life of mine that You, and only You, empower me to live for my benefit and Your glory!”

I pray that the loving and energizing power of our Havenly Father will continue to rest, rule and abide upon us as Sons and Daughters of God moreso now than ever before enabling us to change the outside world for the better by allowing Him to make the necessary changes within us personally.  “DaddyGod I, Your Daughter Darnella,  humbly ask, please begin with me!”

Remember, being a Royal Son or Daughter of God is not about being in a religion, but more importantly, it’s predicated upon you having and being in a personal relationship with your Heavenly Father and Lord who created and loves you!  Once you return to Abba, don’t worry about your issues or shortcomings, He’ll do the rest.  As my fellow BTR Host, Royal Bro. Darren, ministered so powerfully on last week’s show, “soul salvation is an ongoing process.” You may not be the ultimate picture of who DaddyGod has purposed you to be, but surely you can ponder the mirrored reflection of yesterday and clearly see that since returning home to Abba, you are not the same person you used to be! Hallelujah to God be all the glory!

I love you, am praying for you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my intentional endeavors to touch the world with God-Love.
