I was born to lead! As importantly, I mastered (and continue to master) the art of following which is the key ingredient to any great leaders success.
In 2008, I was blessed to earn my B.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership & Management from the premier Christian college, Regent University, in my mid forties. The Holy Spirit instructed me to return to college after settling my daughter Darnaya into her college dorm as a freshman at University of Maryland in 2004, and I obediently did so. Little did I know that God was preparing me then to do what I’m doing now–leading a for-profit (The Daughter of Christ, Inc.) and a non-profit (The Daughters of Christ, Inc.) organization that is impacting the world with God’s message of Love and power of service.
My leadership services include speaking as keynote speaker as well as writing articles on the specific topic of servant and transformational leadership. Only what we do for Jesus Christ will stand, therefore, I encourage business or organizational leaders to follow the leadership principles that God has already designed in His Word for their own and constituencies’ good success.
